Looking for Follow-Up Mailing List (FUML) Processor By Sellwide?
We are inundated by emails from ex-customers of Sellwide like yourself about the inability to install or run the Follow-Up Mailing List (FUML) Processor which they purchased years ago from Sellwide.
We also do not know what happened to Sellwide or the second owner Konstantin Ursaloff.
All I know is they have not responded to any queries or support requests since around 2008.
My relationship with Sellwide and their products started way back in around 2003 when I first purchased the FUML Processor- their flagship autoresponder script.
I used the FUML for a couple of years for all my online businesses. During this period I tested the script extensively and compared it to other similar scripts on the internet.
I was greatly impressed by the robustness and reliability of the script which is surprisingly affordable.
Around 2006, I took up an offer by the first owner of Sellwide Mr. Vadim Rachkowan by purchasing the rights to the FUML (v4) and their suite of scripts.
Subsequently Sellwide's ownership was changed to Mr. Konstantin.
To his credit, although I bought the products from his predecessor, Mr. Konstantin continued to provide me with support and allow me to upgrade to Version 5 of FUML Processor which he developed.
Around 2008, Sellwide ceased the support and development for their product.
And suddenly many people including myself have problem logging into our FUML installations as their servers were shut down.
Many desperate emails, help desk tickets, phone calls and letters to Sellwide were not answered.
So I am left with no choice but to dig into the code and fix the problems myself.
That was when I decided to continue the support and development for the FUML Processor.
We have release v6 of the script which we named the Autoresponder and Mailing List Manager (AMLM) Pro.
